As part of Siegwerk Global IT’s efforts to drive innovation in the industry, we have developed MyInkroom – a web-based platform that revolutionizes how ink room staff and convertors manage their ink stocks. By using MyInkroom, customers have access to a transparent overview of their ink stocks, and sophisticated calculations of consumption help maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring they order the right ink quantities. The tool provides detailed reports to enhance the performance and efficiency of an ink room. Customer Portal is a digital platform designed to simplify our customers' interactions with us, while offering a range of order management related features in one place.

At Siegwerk, we understand the importance of providing our customers with a seamless and efficient experience. That's why we developed the SAP-based Customer Portal, a digital platform designed to make order management fast, secure, and accessible 24/7. With the Customer Portal, there are a range of features to manage orders in one place. Customers have access to a personalized account that allows them to easily check the status of orders, including expected delivery dates, and view order history and purchase insights. They can also generate account reports, access safety and technical datasheets, and utilize a shop function and document management option. We designed Customer Portal to help streamline our customers' operations and simplify their interaction with us. By providing fast and secure access to order management and account administration, we empower our customers with the tools they need to be more efficient and effective in their daily operations. Client-Focused Innovations

At Siegwerk Global IT, we are dedicated to constantly improving our customers' experience by providing innovative digital solutions. In addition to Myinkroom and Customer Portal, we have other platforms and solutions in development that will further enhance our customers' interactions with us. One of these solutions is Coloristics, which streamlines the process of ordering color recipes for customers, enabling them to effortlessly create the precise colors they require and easily obtain new inks that are expertly produced to their specifications. We are working on new developments for this tool, which will be implemented in the near future. Another platform we are passionate about is Transaction Hub, which interconnects all transactions between our customers and Siegwerk, ensuring effective data management and governance for various target groups and systems. It will be a big game changer! In conclusion, we are always striving to be future-oriented and innovative.
